Job Summary

We have leads coming in daily from Zillow, our strong social media presence, and from our military events that we sponsor... and we need more Agents to call on them!

If you’re a licensed Agent (or are scheduled to take the licensing exam this month), this is your shot.

You must be a licensed Real Estate Agent to be eligible to call these leads.

Our office is located conveniently in Manoa and we are looking for just a few more Agents to join.

People who do well in this role typically have a service or sales background.

What You’ll Do

● Call and work alongside qualified Zillow buyer/seller leads

● Show properties, host open houses

● Follow a proven follow-up system (we’ll train you)

● Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential buyers, and other real

estate professionals that lead to repeat clients and referrals

● Market and promote properties using various technical tools and platforms.

● Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations

● Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about homes and

the surrounding neighborhood

● Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless

transaction experience

● Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then

● Ask for the business-confidently and clearly

What You Need

● Active Hawaii Real Estate License or enrollment in pre-licensing program

● High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related

field is a plus.

● A strong work ethic and great communication skills

● Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

● Willingness to learn new technologies and systems

● Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license

● Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is helpful but not

required.
