We are looking for a seasoned CAD Drafter to join the team!

Position Responsibilities

• Detail concept development, system design, and installation for HVAC systems
• Detail and produce drawings of metal fabrication components for the HVAC industry
• Provide HVAC equipment quotations for project estimates
• Effectively use CAD and Revit software to accurately detail HVAC layouts
• Interpret information from sketches, blueprints, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions, to detail HVAC layout and systems and components
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers in project preparation of construction drawings and specifications
• Familiar with Code and assist in design reviews/studies

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred, candidates who have successfully completed technical training programs will be considered
• 2+ years of drafting experience in related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, complex mechanical systems and component layout, diagrams and schematic
• Experience drafting and designing with sheet metal products and layout
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, excellent communication skills
• Must reside on Oahu and be eligible to work in the United States
