About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR function across its eight institutions. The CHRO will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture and retention, learning and development, total rewards, and HR technology management.

This executive role requires a minimum of a master's degree in HR, organizational development, or a related field, with at least 10 years' progressive experience in HR leadership, including a minimum of 3 years at the executive or senior leadership level.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performance HR teams, as well as expertise in multiple HR disciplines and relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include developing and administering HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and serving as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR matters.

The role also involves overseeing the performance management process, employee relations, and the recruitment and hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, and a demonstrated commitment to building and maintaining an inclusive workforce.

They should be adept at using HRIS systems, HR technology, and data analytics tools, and have the ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment. The CHRO will also be expected to have a strong financial acumen, as they will be responsible for the budget and financial planning of the HR department.
