What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for infants to learn and grow
• Implementing Frog Street curriculum in a way that is intentional, consistent, and developmentally appropriate
• Building strong relationships with families through clear, positive communication
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run classroom (we take pride in our environment)
• Observing and supporting each child’s development with care and attention
• Working as part of a team that supports each other and holds a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with infants up to Pre-k in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Someone dependable, proactive, and takes ownership of their classroom
• A team player who communicates well with both parents and staff
• Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of licensing requirements and child safety standards
