That's this role.

Our client, an established Basingstoke business, is looking for an HR & Facilities Coordinator to be that person. Part front-of-house, part office operations, part HR support, all genuinely varied.

What you'll actually be doing

→ First point of contact for visitors, calls, and deliveries

→ Keeping the office safe, stocked, and compliant

→ Supporting onboarding, recruitment, and HR records

→ Sitting in on employee relations meetings and taking the notes that matter

→ Being trusted with things that need discretion

What you'll need

→ GCSE English & Maths

→ Confident with MS Office

→ Sharp attention to detail

→ A naturally organised, "I've got this" approach

→ Comfortable holding confidential information
