Linzi is one of the UK’s leading footwear brands, known for trend-led, accessible fashion and a growing online community. As the brand continues to scale, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take our Instagram and TikTok presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating all content from filming, editing, and producing everything from trending Reels to BTS at shoots for Instagram and TikTok. Ensuring all content aligns with Linzi’s tone of voice.
• Developing and managing the social content calendar, ensuring it aligns with upcoming product drops, global events and is filled with engaging, on-brand content ideas.
• Reporting on performance and engagement, using insights to grow and improve the social platforms.
• Collaborate with the Linzi marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.
• Creating and capturing content specifically designed for social paid ads.
• Manage the social schedule, along with posting, and reporting across both platforms including weekends.
• Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Craft copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
• Attending and helping lead campaign and lifestyle shoots, capturing standout social moments.

Skills & Experience

• 2/3+ years of experience in social media management & content creation.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
• Very good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including backend reporting.
• Experience working in house for a retail, fashion or beauty role.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Capcut, Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
• Creative ideation experience across all social channels.
• Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
• Experience in a fast-paced, trend driven environment.
• Highly organised with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail.
• A great communicator with the confidence to lead, ideate, execute content solo.

Salary: GBP 30000 - 42000 per year
