Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual for a blended role of Executive Assistant and Sales/Marketing Support Lead for an office based position in Aberdeen working 30 hours per week.

The role entails

Executive support to the Aberdeen director

Sales and marketing support to a successful sales team across the UK

Assist in driving sales and marketing initiatives

CRM coordination (Hubspot)

Marketing campaigns

Onboarding

Coordinating and supporting client communications

Maintaining records

Enhancing team efficiency

The successful candidate will liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams effectively

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with a detail-oriented approach

Experience in Linkedin

Ability to create content and work with AI tools to create content

Ability to learn Marketing and creative software

Proficient in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite, Excel, and CRM software

Ability to work independently in collaboration with team members

Must demonstrate a desire for continual learning. You will be asked what success books you read.

Prior experience in a sales or marketing support capacity is a plus in

Salary: GBP 30000 - 40000 per year
