Junior Legal PA

Valeco Recruitment are recruiting for a Junior PA to join the Aberdeen offices of a top UK law firm . The Junior PA will work within the Transaction Services department and will provide highly effective secretarial support to a fee earner team.

The position will be supporting the team with a range of duties to include assisting with the billing process and associated financial management tasks, ensuring that catering and room facilities are provided for meeting, assisting in the organisation of client events, managing general administration tasks and all other Junior PA duties as the role permits.

This role would suit a Junior Secretary or an experienced Team Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. You will be motivated, keen to learn and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

To be considered for this position candidates must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and internet applications and have one year's experience (or equivalent) gained within a comparable environment.
