To help power this next chapter, the firm is seeking outstanding consultants at a range of levels to join their high-performing team and contribute to work of genuine national importance.

This consultancy partners with organisations across Defence, Government, Intelligence, and National Security, delivering strategic transformation, operational improvement, and innovation at the highest level. Their portfolio spans areas such as:

• Strategy and organisational design
• Complex and digital transformation
• Operating model development
• Business analysis and product development
• Data and solutions architecture
• Real estate advisory

You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative group of seasoned consultants who work directly with senior stakeholders on challenging, intellectually rich assignments.

To be considered, you should bring

• 4–10 years’ experience in management consulting (strategy, transformation, or related disciplines)
• Active UK Security Clearance
