Location: Remote with access to offices in Leamington Spa

As a Technical Business Consultant at Amplifi, you’ll work closely with clients and delivery teams to help turn ideas into well-designed, practical solutions.
You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working directly with clients to understand what they need and helping guide work from early discovery through to delivery. The role is about translating business requirements into clear, thoughtful functional designs that teams can confidently build from, while keeping delivery aligned with what was agreed.
You’ll play an important part in analysing requirements, supporting or leading elements of delivery, and producing clear, high-quality documentation that supports successful outcomes for our clients.

You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, building strong relationships, and developing your skills through hands-on project work, formal training and learning from colleagues across the business.
It’s a varied role that suits someone who likes working close to both the detail and the people balancing structure with curiosity, and delivery with continuous improvement.
Client & stakeholder engagement: Elicit, document, and analyse client requirements. Work directly with clients throughout the engagement. Prepare business teams for change management. Manage client expectations through detailed, clear and precise documentation and communication. Planning for, and leading workshops. Supporting engagement and delivery leads to shape engagement and activities.
Analysis & documentation: Participate in discovery sessions with clients to understand their current state and assist in designing future state. Document, and maintain client requirements while working with subject matter experts (SMEs). Conduct as-is process analysis and to-be process design. Analyse client requirements and assist/lead the project team.
Identify business pain points, opportunities, and proposed deliverables. Document functional designs documentation. Map design elements to client business requirements & maintain traceability. Be able to view and analyse data, providing summary profiling outputs and share recommendations for improvements.
Teamwork & project delivery: Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery, Support delivery of data driven solutions. Report progress to the Delivery Manager. Contribute to training materials development. Define and design quality assurance processes. Ability to manage deliverables across multiple workstreams & projects. Awareness of project timelines and budgets.
Working with data architects and consultants to ensure conceptual and logical models align with business processes and support delivery of customer requirements.
Technology & business development: Support delivery of business service catalogue offerings through the elicitation and production of detailed documentation, will maintain familiarity with technologies, services & approaches that Amplifi offer. Contributes to the development of Amplifi templates & way of workings. Able to engage in technology agnostic approaches and best practice solutions.
Data & Technical Expertise: Ability to understand, and designData models.Supporting the elicitation of master data dictionaries, data lineage – supporting production of source to target mapping, gaining exposure to data strategy techniques and supporting in the capturing of, identification and definition of data governance requirements.

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
