Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

• Engage with customers through various channels including in-person, telemarketing, and online platforms to promote products and services
• Assist customers with their inquiries, providing detailed information about offerings and benefits
• Conduct outside sales activities to expand client base and increase sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and following up on leads
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and customer engagement
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to individual requirements
• Support insurance sales initiatives by explaining coverage options and benefits clearly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales administration processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $200.00-$500.00 per day
