HR Coordinator

Aritzia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping to create a positive and inclusive workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and operational support to the HR team and other departments throughout the organization.The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

They should be a team player, self-motivated, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow.Requirements for the role include: a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role; familiarity with HR-related systems and software; and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and other departments throughout the organization.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain and update employee records.

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Monitor HR-related systems and software.

Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities.

Support employee engagement initiatives.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and advice.

Assist in the development and delivery of HR training and development programs.

Support ad-hoc HR projects.
