Job Description

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented team members to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and growing their skills in the culinary industry.

Duties

• Prepare and cook ramen and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation such as cutting vegetables and preparing ramen toppings.
• Assemble ramen bowls and plate dishes according to presentation standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately

Skills & Qualities

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and prepare ramen and menu items consistently
• Strong attention to detail to maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Willingness to learn ramen preparation and kitchen operations

Job Pay: $22–$26 per hour (Hourly Wage + Tips)
