What you will need to be a part of our great team….

• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Hold a valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle to get to the Resort & Track as there is no public transportation in our location

What you will do….

• Cook alongside the best chefs on Vancouver Island, including our Michelin-Star trained Executive Chef
• Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
• Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
