Faro Bartender - AM Shift

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Faro's bar.

This includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, processing orders accurately, and responding promptly to guest requests to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

This position is for the AM shift, five days a week, and requires open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with consistent service
• Pour beer, wine and cocktails for guests
• Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service
• Actively lead by example
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years bartending experience in a similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques
• Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills.

Experience

• Hospitality Industry: 1 year (preferred)
• bartending: 3 years (required)
