We create original shows, including What's Poppin, Street Hearts, and 15 Second Film, that reach more than 100 million monthly viewers across social platforms and partner with some of the world's biggest brands like Dunkin', Walmart, Samsung Electronics to create advertising people actually choose to watch.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for an executive who is willing to get into the details and build the commercial engine that powers our next stage of growth. This person will lead and scale every aspect of our client business, spanning from sales, go-to-market strategy, and client services.

You'll inherit a strong foundation and have the opportunity to build a best-in-class organization that scales as our shows do.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop our sales team
• Create accountability, process, forecasting, and performance standards and processes
• Improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase average deal size, increasing overall revenue
• Recruit exceptional talent as we continue to grow

Go-to-market Strategy

• Define how Fallen Media is represented to advertisers
• Build compelling sales narratives and positioning
• Develop sponsorship packages and tentpole products that brands actually buy
• Identify opportunities to bundle creators, shows, talent, and activations into larger strategic partnerships
• Continuously evolve pricing, packaging, and positioning

Client Partnerships

• Lead relationships with our most important agencies and brand partners
• Become a trusted strategic advisor, not just another media vendor
• Turn one-off campaigns into long-term partnerships
• Lead negotiations on our largest opportunities
• Oversee account management to ensure flawless execution

Leadership

• Work directly with the CEO on overall strategy and initiatives
• Help shape hiring, organizational structure, forecasting, and long-term growth
• Build a team culture focused on excellence, accountability, creativity, and client obsession

Who You Are

• 8+ years of revenue-related experience, including leading commercial, partnerships, or sales organizations. Bonus is experience leading a creative agency, publisher, media company, creator business, or entertainment company.
• Proven experience selling high-value marketing partnerships, branded content, media, entertainment, or creator solutions
• Leverage existing relationships with major brands and media agencies
• Proven record of building high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinker who understands both creativity and business. Deep understanding of the creator economy and branded entertainment
• Outstanding communicator and storyteller
• Confident in leading executive-level client conversations and complex negotiations
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building organizations, not simply operating them. Familiar with growing organizations and significantly multiplying revenue
• Highly organized, accountable, and driven by results
• A social native who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and short-form culture

Success Metrics

• Increased average deal size
• Converted a meaningful percentage of revenue into long-term partnerships
• Built a more disciplined and high-performing sales organization
• Elevated Fallen Media's reputation with agencies and brands
• Created a repeatable commercial engine capable of supporting the company's next phase of growth.
