Logistics Coordinator - EXPORT

Overview

Noble Staffing Solutions is seeking a Export Logistics Coordinator in the city of Kearny,NJ 07032.In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of exporting goods internationally, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, optimizing transportation logistics, and maintaining seamless communication across cross-functional teams.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00

Duties

• Manage the complete export consolidation process from customer booking through container loading, documentation, and final dispatch
• Coordinate and oversee all export shipping activities, including documentation, freight booking, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery of goods internationally
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to plan routes, track shipments, and optimize logistics workflows
• Negotiate rates with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions while maintaining service quality
• Monitor trade compliance with international trade regulations and ensure adherence to customs requirements and trade documentation standards
• Collect and analyze data using SQL, Excel data analysis tools to generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and supply chain analytics

Experience

• Experience in freight forwarding, export logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Knowledge of export documentation and ocean freight processes.
• Experience working with warehouse operations and shipment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management software (CMS experience preferred).
