Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned warehouses, serving as the primary point of contact for warehouse partners, carriers, Supply Chain, and Customer Excellence.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and smooth operational execution across the warehouse network.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses.
• Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email.
• Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
• Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures.
• Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers.
• Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information.
• Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues.
• Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed.
• Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• 0 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Basic Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
• Robust problem-solving skills are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
• Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
