Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property listings.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and industry developments.
