Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused Showing Agent to join the Kristi Gorski Realtor Team at DPG Real Estate Agency.

This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting Lead Broker, Kristi Gorski and her buyer clients. This is not a brokerage-wide showing position and does not provide showing services for other agents at DPG Real Estate Agency.

DPG Real Estate is a boutique brokerage made up of experienced, collaborative agents who genuinely care about their clients and community. While you'll be part of the DPG office culture, your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused solely on supporting the Kristi Gorski Realtor Team.

This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional buying experience while allowing the Lead Broker to continue growing the business. You will assist with buyer communication, scheduling and conducting property tours, collecting feedback, helping buyers navigate the home search process, and assisting with offer preparation when needed.

The Showing Agent position is designed to provide the training, experience, and systems necessary for someone who may eventually grow into a Lead Buyer's Agent role within the Kristi Gorski Realtor Team.

An active Illinois real estate license is required and must be held with DPG Real Estate Agency.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Broker

• Serve as the primary Showing Agent for buyer clients.
• Maintain regular communication with Lead Broker regarding active buyers, schedules, priorities, and next steps.
• Understand each buyer's search criteria, timeline, and goals.
• Participate in group text conversations and MLS search discussions between Kristi and buyers.
• Keep Kristi informed of buyer feedback and any changes in motivation or search criteria.

Buyer Communication

• Conduct weekly check-in with all active buyers.
• Provide updates regarding new listings, price reductions, off-market opportunities, and market activity.
• Help maintain buyer engagement throughout the home search process.
• Build strong relationships that reflect the high level of customer service our team is known for.

Qualifications

• Actively hold an Illinois real estate license
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Proficient in scheduling and time management.

Schedule & Time Commitment

This is a contract position with the following Expected Commitment:

• Approximately 5-15 hours per week, depending on buyer activity.
• Attend weekly in-person team/company meetings in Lisle.
• Be reasonably available for buyer showings, including evenings and weekends when buyers are most available.
• Typical expectation is assisting with 3-7 property tours per week, although activity will fluctuate throughout the year.

Because real estate schedules change quickly, flexibility and responsiveness are important. We understand you may have your own clients and will work together to coordinate schedules whenever possible.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
