Housekeeping Supervisor

1. Manage the Human Resources in the division in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees; hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communication vehicles, discipline and terminate, as appropriate.

2. Monitor booking statistics report daily and schedule stuff according to occupancy.

3. Run break-out report prior to housekeepers scheduled shift daily.

4. Communicate with Front Desk on late checkouts/ stay overs/ and early check-ins.

5. Check arrival report and complete all special requests.

6. Inspect rooms and update system throughout the day with ready vacant/occupied guest rooms.

7. Monitor and order linen and guest room supplies to assure PAR levels by brand standard.

8. Implement and manage the housekeeping department annual budget, . Forecasts objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.

9. Implement company programs (BDG/Franchiser) and manage the operations of the department in a manner consistent with Federal/State laws and procedures to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

10. Implement emergency organization procedures and training through the management to ensure appropriate protection for hotel guests, staff and company assets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
