Job Description

We are seeking a secretary assistant to assist attorney. Candidate should have solid work ethic, excellent people skills, reliable, and strong eye to detail. Growing and friendly office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering Phones and taking messages
• Scheduling and calendaring of cases and clients
• Opening and managing client files
• Case management
• Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Handling incoming mail, sorting to proper designations
• Sending out documents via Federal Express, faxing, email, and regular mail
• General office Filing and Filing on eCourts
• General Office Upkeep and Organizing
• Upkeep of Contact Database
• Maintaining websites - Training will be provided
• Creating Excels
• Managing Quickbooks - Training will be provided

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent skills in team leadership and ability to work well with other internal groups
• Must have strong computer and typing skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be reliable, ready, willing, and able to do any other administrative tasks that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Experience

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
