Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop creative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs, including special dietary accommodations.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through efficient food management practices.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain rigorous sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
• Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to execute large-scale events seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service.
• Implement training programs for staff on culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices.
• Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Experience

• Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management.
• Extensive supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering services, and large-scale event execution.
• Strong knowledge of dietary department procedures along with food safety standards such as HACCP or equivalent certifications.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, menu planning, and kitchen workflow optimization.
• Background in hospitality or restaurant industries with a focus on food service management and culinary excellence.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
