Location: Bucks County, PA & Mercer County, NJ | Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses | Expected First-Year OTE: Up to $185,000

THE OPPORTUNITY

Vision Roofing & Exterior Systems is seeking an accomplished sales leader to help lead the next stage of growth. This is not simply a personal production role.

Reporting directly to ownership, the Sales Director will generate new residential and commercial business while supervising a small team of field sales professionals, leading cross-selling across the company's roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior services portfolio, and expanding Vision's visibility throughout the local business community.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on sales leadership position. The successful candidate will sell, lead, coach, network, and help build a repeatable sales process that supports profitable growth across roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior services.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

• Personal Revenue Production - Prospect, develop, and close profitable residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior services opportunities.
• Field Sales Leadership - Supervise, coach, mentor, and hold accountable two to three field sales professionals through ride-alongs, sales reviews, training, and performance management.
• Cross-Selling Strategy - Lead efforts to educate customers on Vision's complete portfolio of roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior services to increase customer value and average project size.
• Strategic Relationships - Build relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, real estate professionals, property managers, municipalities, commercial property owners, insurance agents, adjusters, restoration companies, and referral partners.
• Community & Trade Presence - Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, local networking groups, trade events, home shows, community events, and business gatherings to strengthen Vision's visibility and create new opportunities.
• Sales Process Discipline - Maintain CRM accuracy, follow-up standards, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and proposal management from first contact through close.
• Ownership Partnership - Work directly with ownership to refine sales processes, set goals, measure performance, and implement initiatives that support long-term growth.
• Future Team Development - Help recruit, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the company continues to expand.

THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum five (5) years of successful outside sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership experience.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising field sales professionals preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable representing a company at local business, community, networking, Chamber, and trade events.
• CRM proficiency with disciplined pipeline and forecasting practices.
• Professional presence, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service territory.
