Service Sales Manager

Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.

The Service Sales Manager (SSM) is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the service business across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. This role focuses on expanding recurring service revenue through Customer Support Agreements, Production Services, System Engineering Support, and other value-added service solutions.

Rather than focusing on new customer acquisition or lead generation, this role is centered on solution selling, recurring business management, and developing long-term customer partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate them into value-driven service solutions that improve equipment performance, productivity, and business outcomes.

【Responsibilities】

• Drive growth and profitability of the assigned service business portfolio through strategic management of existing customer accounts.
• Ensure timely renewal of Customer Support Agreements (CSAs) and successfully convert equipment warranties into long-term service contracts.
• Identify opportunities to expand recurring service business by understanding customers' operational needs and recommending value-based service solutions.
• Develop compelling service proposals, commercial strategies, and business cases that align with customer objectives.
• Support and lead commercial negotiations to achieve service revenue, order intake, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams including Finance, Production Service, Service Marketing, Software - Solutions, Engineering, and R&D to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Coordinate global service agreement scope, pricing strategy, and Quote-to-Cash execution with regional and global Service Sales Managers and support teams.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, commercial governance, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Support the Regional Service Sales Manager in managing Customer Support Agreements, Engineering Services, Solution Services, and Production Solution Services.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Analyze customer data, service performance, and business trends to identify opportunities for account growth, operational improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Participate in customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
