We are looking for a Co-Founder / Operating Partner for an Early-Stage Social-Commerce Brand

The business is focused on women’s lifestyle products, including beauty, skincare, modest fashion and visually demonstrable products.

The foundation is already in place: branding, social channels, initial products and video content. The partner will need to help evaluate what products can genuinely resonate, refine the product selection and develop strong content and offer angles.

Who this is for

Someone with strong hands-on experience in TikTok and Instagram Reels who understands what feels relevant and authentic to this audience in the UAE. You know the difference between content that simply looks good and content that creates buying interest.

You should also have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable testing ideas, learning from results, making decisions with limited information and taking responsibility for moving the business forward.

Must-haves

Product and sales instinct: Ability to evaluate products, identify promising trends, price products appropriately, create compelling bundles and connect products to real audience needs and buying triggers.

End-to-end content skills: Ability to develop ideas and scripts, shoot and edit short-form videos, manage posting, analyze performance and adjust the next round accordingly.

Platform understanding: Strong knowledge of the hooks, formats and sales angles that work on TikTok and Reels.

Operational mindset: You are proactive, resourceful and able to solve problems and maintain momentum without waiting for detailed instructions.

Big advantages

• Charismatic and confident on camera in English or Arabic
• Experience with e-commerce, live selling or product testing in the UAE
• Previous experience launching a product, brand or business initiative

Existing follower count does not matter, and you do not need to be an influencer. Product judgment, commercial instinct, reliability and execution matter much more.

Structure

This is not a salaried employee role. We are looking for an active operating partner to build and run the brand in collaboration. Once we confirm the fit, we will agree on a clear profit-sharing structure based on responsibilities and contribution.
