This global initiative is focused on simplifying systems and processes across multiple countries, enabling teams to operate on common platforms and improving access to data across the business. The program has already been underway for two years and has a significant roadmap ahead, providing strong extension potential.

What you'll do

• Support delivery within a large-scale global transformation program.
• Work within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment.
• Partner with digital platform and technology teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including Portfolio Directors.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams across the program.
• What you'll need to succeed
• Previous Scrum Master experience within enterprise environments.SAFe / Scaled Agile experience.
• Scrum Master certification (essential).PI Planning experience (essential).
• Insurance industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with digital platforms, applications or technology teams.
• What you'll get in return12-month contract with strong extension potential.
• Up to $1,100/day inclusive of super.
• North Sydney location.
• Hybrid working model with Mondays and Thursdays in the office.
