How you’ll make an impact

As a Junior AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will help integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our premium digital infrastructure. Focusing on our Web-AI Hosting and ChatBot Hosting specialties, you will assist in developing intelligent systems that elevate our bespoke, high-performance websites.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

This is a 50/50 hybrid role with an alternating in-office schedule based out of our primary location in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Assist in designing and deploying models for our Web-AI Hosting and ChatBot Hosting services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers working with Next.js and React to integrate AI features into high-performance web applications.
• Optimize machine learning algorithms to ensure they align with our commitment to blazing-fast load times.

Infrastructure & Security Collaboration

• Work alongside network engineers to ensure AI deployments are secure and operate in line with our 99.99% Guaranteed Network Uptime standards.
• Analyze real-time threat data from our automated DDoS mitigation systems to improve predictive security models.

Administrative & Cross-functional

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our custom UI/UX design and overall digital ecosystems.
• Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot AI-related backend issues within our OnePanel central management interface.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to our stack, such as TypeScript and HTML/CSS/JS Development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment environments, such as Vercel and DigitalOcean.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed in an environment that prioritizes technical excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Adaptable and able to work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced digital world.
