Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately selecting, packaging, and preparing goods for daily distribution.
• Inventory Management: Utilizing RF scanners and digital systems for stock tracking and receiving.
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and staging products safely throughout the facility.
• Quality & Safety: Maintaining a tidy, organized work area (5S standards) and prioritizing workplace safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Working closely with shift leads and peers to meet daily throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing environment.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable standing/walking throughout an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependability: Strong track record of punctuality, reliable attendance, and a positive, safety-first attitude.
• Commute: Reliable transportation is preferred to access various job sites across KW (some locations are accessible via public transit).
