Operations Manager

About The Role

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our supply chain and account management functions. Leading a high-performing team, you'll ensure continuity of supply, optimise operational performance, and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain and Account teams to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute supply chain and customer service strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, systems and processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, inventory management and logistics.
• Ensure continuity of supply through effective demand planning, supplier management and inventory control.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance customer outcomes and support sustainable business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners and key internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and data-driven insights, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management and employee development.
• Support change initiatives and foster a positive, values-driven culture that supports engagement, accountability and business success.

About You

Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in supporting business success and operational excellence.A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.A proactive problem solver who can identify issues and deliver effective solutions.

Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and a current driver's licence.
