Your Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale programs, including New Product introduction and industrialization, transfers
- Translate business requirements into executable project and program plans.
- Aligns the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise project.
- Drive alignment & Accountability across cross-functional teams
- Provides guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives
- Actively Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor
- Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
- Monitor program performance through KPIs, reporting, and risk management.
- Support product launches and operational readiness activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and key stakeholders.
- YOUR BACKGROUNDBachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree
Preferred
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
- PMP certification Preffered, other similar Project Management Certified Training program welcome
- Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
- Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility and proficiency to navigate across multiple Systems, MS 365 suite, Project Management Systems, ERP, PLMs etc.
- Businessfluent in English, further languages are an advantage
