Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead a major systems migration and business transformation program that will modernize our end-to-end digital ecosystem — impacting our commercial engine, consumer experience platforms, and ways of working.

You will act as the business lead for this strategic initiative, working in close partnership with the IT Project Manager, global teams, external partners, and a wide range of internal stakeholders across Commercial, Digital, Consumer Care, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure and a direct impact on how our business operates and engages with consumers. This role requires someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments — a leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, stay composed under pressure, and inspire confidence across the team and stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesBusiness Lead for the Transformation ProgramOwn the business workstream of the transformation program end-to-end — from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Drive governance, planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.

Prepare and lead steering committees, leadership updates, and cross-functional decision forums.

Stakeholder Alignment & OrchestrationServe as the central point of coordination between business teams, technology teams, global teams, and external vendors.

Build alignment across a diverse stakeholder landscape — from operational teams to senior management.

Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making with clarity and pace.

Delivery in Partnership with ITPartner with the IT Project Manager to ensure seamless alignment between business and technical workstreams.

Translate business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and deliverables.

Coordinate testing, business validation, and go-live readiness activities.

Business Readiness, Change & AdoptionLead business readiness across impacted teams — new systems, new processes, new ways of working.

Design and execute stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication plans.

Coordinate training, enablement, and adoption to ensure a smooth transition and sustained value capture.

Risk & Issue ManagementAnticipate risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.

Maintain momentum in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.

Balance competing priorities across markets, functions, and global program teams.

Leading Through Complexity & ChangeProvide steady, calm leadership in a high-pressure, fast-moving transformation environment.

Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving scope with clarity and composure.

Hold the room in dificult conversations — absorbing pressure from senior stakeholders while keeping the team focused and motivated.

Make sound judgment calls under time pressure and know when to decide, when to escalate, and when to push back.

Act as a stabilizing force for the team and stakeholders during critical moments of the program.

Required Skills &

Competencies

• Must-Have6+ years of project or program management experience, with a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering systems migration, digital transformation, or large platform implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems
• CRM, eCommerce, customer care, Oline-to-online, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders in a matrix environment.
• Proven ability to lead under pressure — demonstrated experience navigating complex, high-stakes projects with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding stakeholders.
• Resilience, composure, and emotional intelligence — able to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
• Comfort with ambiguity — able to make progress and drive decisions even when the path forward is not fully defined.
• Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience working in international, matrix organizations.
• Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or program management within FMCG, retail, telco, or consumer-facing industries.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
