Trade Spend Analyst – Beauty & Wellness (Māngere) / Consumer Goods (Ellerslie)Two roles available | AucklandWe’re looking for two analytically strong, commercially focused Trade Spend Analysts to join our New Zealand team — one supporting our Beauty & Wellness portfolio based in Māngere, and one supporting Consumer Goods based in Ellerslie.

These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and ensuring commercial investment is managed accurately and effectively across fast‑moving FMCG categories.

About The RolesAs a Trade Spend Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing A&P (Advertising & Promotion) spend governance, ensuring data accuracy across Exceedra and SAP, and supporting commercial teams with clear financial insights. You’ll play a key role in strengthening trade spend processes, improving reporting quality, and supporting promotional performance evaluation.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Finance Business Partners, National Sales Managers, and the wider Commercial Excellence team to ensure A&P funds are deployed effectively and deliver strong commercial outcomes. These roles offer exposure across multiple brands, customers, and promotional activities, with opportunities to contribute to business improvement initiatives across the NZ business.

• What You Will Deliver
• Maintain consistent trade spend processes and data integrity in Exceedra and SAPAnalyse monthly A&P expenses, deductions, rebates, and commercial investments
• Assist with monthly accruals, forecasting, and reconciliation of brand expenditure
• Process customer claims and validate against promotional events, sell‑out and scan data
• Manage monthly claims recovery and supporting documentation for key clients
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑promotional analysis to evaluate ROI and fund effectiveness
• Support Finance Business Partners and National Sales Managers with monthly trading results
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and A&P process adoption across NZ units
• Monitor unallocated A&P funds and support AR/AP teams with A&P‑related queries

What You Bring

• Proven experience in FMCG commercial analysis, reporting, or category/commercial activity
• Strong technical capability across trade spend tools, SAP Business Objects, Excel and Power BIExperience managing commercial investment, A&P spend, promotional tools, and related financial processes
• Confidence working with large data sets and reconciling complex financial information
• Understanding of promotional mechanics, trade spend processes, and customer/brand performance drivers
• Experience analysing trade spend, promotional activity, or customer insights
