What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights that guide decision-making and strengthen overall business performance Prepare and deliver monthly performance reporting, translating financial results into clear, actionable insights and business narratives Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring assumptions are robust, realistic, and aligned to strategic priorities Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions Support business case development, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and challenging key assumptions Build strong, trusted relationships across finance and the wider business to influence decisions and drive accountability Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and simplify financial operationsŌu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako |

What You'll Bring

• Qualified Charted Accountant or equivalent Solid experience in finance or management accounting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Business partnering experience, preferably in the financial services industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, practical insights Ability to influence outcomes with Managers at all levels Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders at different levels of the business Strong communication skills, able to make financial information accessible and engaging
