We're partnering with a high-growth quantitative trading and alternative investment business looking for an exceptional Senior Operations Manager with the ambition and capability to develop into a Chief Operating Officer.

Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll take ownership of the operational engine of a fast-paced, performance-driven organisation. You'll oversee trading operations, risk processes, capital flows, and cross-functional delivery—playing a key role in shaping how the business scales.

This is more than an operations role. It's a genuine opportunity to build, influence and lead.

We're keen to hear from Senior Operations Managers, Heads of Operations, Trading Operations Managers, or operational leaders from proprietary trading, hedge funds, quantitative trading, professional sports betting, or other high-performance, data-led environments.
