• Role Description The Operations Manager
• Hair Brand
• Lekki Phase 1 at Nuuri will oversee day-to-day operations for the brand’s activities, ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, logistics, and in-store experience.
• This full-time, on-site role is based in London and will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising staff, and optimizing processes for order fulfillment and customer service.
• The Operations Manager will maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor product quality, and ensure operational compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• This role will also track key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and retail initiatives.
• The Operations Manager will contribute to building a high-performing team culture that aligns with Nuuri’s values of quality, innovation, and customer-centered service.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including experience overseeing daily retail or beauty brand operations, inventory control, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain coordination, with the ability to manage vendor relationships, stock replenishment, and efficient order processing.
• Team leadership and people management capabilities, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Analytical and organizational skills, with competence in using spreadsheets, point-of-sale systems, and other operational tools to track KPIs and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beauty, haircare, or fashion retail operations is highly beneficial; familiarity with African hair and braiding products is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in London full time, with flexibility to support peak periods, events, and brand activations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
