Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager -Infrastructure and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Massachusetts or PennsylvaniaWe are seeking an experienced IT PM with solid Infrastructure and M&A experience to lead complex technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on infrastructure modernization, system integration, and mergers and acquisitions.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who has successfully navigated the challenges of integrating acquired businesses, consolidating IT environments, and delivering enterprise infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate understands that M&A projects rarely follow a perfect plan and can effectively manage competing priorities, evolving requirements, and cross-functional stakeholders while keeping projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and M&A integration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and business operations to execute technology integration activities with minimal disruption
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests while providing regular status updates to executives and key stakeholders
• Oversee technology integration efforts related to acquisitions, including infrastructure consolidation, system migrations, identity management, and data center or cloud transitions
• Drive collaboration, governance, and continuous process improvement to ensure successful project delivery and seamless integration of acquired organizations

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, systems integration, or technology transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience leading IT initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale infrastructure consolidation efforts
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud platforms, Active Directory, servers, virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).PMP certification is preferred
