Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the Engineering and IT sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Share market insights and contribute to strategic planning

Who we are looking for

• Experience in recruitment (Engineering/IT focus preferred)
• Strong goal orientation and proactive mindset
• Minimum B2 level of English; German is a strong plus
