Vogue France called us “the new boho obsession.” Who What Wear named our strawberry-pink silk dresses “the piece of the season.” Cool-girl influencers from Paris to Venice Beach are already wearing us.

Now we’re scaling hard — and we need a killer Wholesale Sales Manager who lives for the hunt, closes with confidence, and treats every account like it’s their own money on the line. This is not a soft corporate sales job. This is a rocket-ship seat for someone who gets a rush from turning cold leads into high-value wholesale relationships and stacking serious commissions.

What You’ll Own

• Hunt and close: Generate your own pipeline through Instagram outreach, store visits, competitor intel, warm/cold calls, emails, and walk-ins. You thrive when the answer starts as “no.”
• Build and manage major accounts: Develop strategic relationships with boutiques, concept stores, multi-brand retailers, and bigger doors across the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Own the full sales cycle: Prospect → present → negotiate → close → nurture. You’ll manage your territory, pipeline, and numbers like a true business owner.
• Create FOMO: Deliver personalized video lookbooks, teaser samples, and storytelling that makes buyers feel like they’re missing out if they don’t stock us.
• Represent the brand live: Trade shows (Coterie NY, LA Market Week), Paris showrooms, pop-ups, and in-person go-sees. Charm buyers face-to-face and walk out with orders.
• Collaborate at a high level: Work directly with the founder on big-account strategy (think The Dreslyn, Lisa Says Gah, Revolve, Free People, and similar doors).
• Track and win: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, analyze performance, and consistently smash targets.

Who You Are

• 1–4+ years in sales (fashion wholesale is a huge plus, but raw hunger + proven results beat titles)
• Persuasive, polished, proactive, and a little ruthless when it’s time to close
• Rejection doesn’t slow you down — it fuels the next “yes”
• Strong communicator who can build real relationships and negotiate high-value deals
• Comfortable on the phone, magnetic in person, and fine filming quick iPhone videos for buyers
• Willing to travel for shows, store visits, and key meetings
• Bonus points: French speaker, already obsessed with the brand, and look killer in Strawberry Paris - Not Required.

The Package – Built for Hustlers Who Want to Get Paid

• Base salary: $57K–$70K depending on experience
• 3% uncapped commission on all your wholesale sales — this is where the real money is made
• Quarterly performance bonuses: Exceptional performers can earn $1,500–$3,000 per quarter ($6K–$12K/year estimated — not a guarantee)
• Profit-sharing bonus: A significant portion of net profits is allocated by the CEO based on individual performance and contribution
• Realistic take-home potential: $72K–$115K+ for strong performers when base + commission + quarterly bonuses stack
• Guaranteed raises every 6 months (2–5% each raise) for continuous growth during the first 2 years
• 25 paid days off (sick + vacation)
