Event Project Manager

Robert Half's enterprise client is seeking an Event Project Manager for a 5-month contract that is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA. This person will lead content planning and execution for large-scale events. This role partners with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, drive stakeholder alignment, track deliverables, and ensure successful event execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide status updates and proactively address risks and roadblocks.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Analyze post-event results and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Conference or event planning experience, including breakout session management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced experience with AirTable, RainFocus, and Microsoft 365.
• PMP, CMP, PgMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred.

The salary range for this position is $40.00/hr to $45.00/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
