Opus Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join us as Director – Sales, focused on driving net new business development across the BFSI and Payments landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue by targeting named accounts across assigned regions.
• Identify, qualify, and close turnkey Digital Banking & Payment Transformation projects.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing-qualified leads.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to promote solution-oriented offerings.
• Lead consultative sales discussions, facilitate solutioning, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored digital transformation solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of experience in selling IT Services & Solutions to Banking & Financial Services customers.
• Proven success in selling Digital Banking solutions, including Application Development, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
