International Business Development Manager

In 1982, Kent Stainless began manufacturing stainless steel drainage for the Food/Dairy/Drinks Processing sectors in Ireland and the UK, expanding into a more specialized range for American Pharmaceutical Factories in Ireland. Kent Stainless now also manufactures in the USA and serves clients in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Singapore.

The company collaborates with Consulting Engineers and Architects to provide technical support for customized solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an International Business Development Manager at Kent Stainless in Wexford. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and effectively communicating with international clients to drive business development.

Business Development rather than Account Management is the key driver behind this role.

This role involves being office based in Wexford with international travel - notably to the USA among other markets - and as a result will encroach on your evenings and weekends.

Confidence to be able to present to a room full of engineers and architects is a must. Full training will be given in this regard.

Qualifications

• International Business Development and International Business skills
• French or German would be helpful but not necessary
• Strong Communication skills
• Lead Generation expertise
• Experience in working with Consulting Engineers and Architects would be helpful but not necessary
• Knowledge of any of the following industries would be an asset
• 1. Food/Dairy/Drinks Processing,
• 2. Life Science/Pharmaceutical,
• 3. Data Center, Microchip industries.
• (The role involves servicing these industries at the Design and Construction phase only.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field would be an asset.
