Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise program management across product and engineering portfolios and a proven ability to drive cross-functional delivery from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to support development and execution of the portfolio roadmap.
• Plan, coordinate, and support day-to-day execution of assigned programs and initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate large program planning to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise and sector program management standards.
• Define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate status and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular leadership reviews to assess progress and validate outcomes.
• Support engineering rigor by ensuring delivery meets acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Identify and resolve impediments, escalating through governance channels when appropriate.
• Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross-program and cross-team coordination.
• Maintain visibility into interdependencies and manage escalations to support delivery of business value.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change initiatives across programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, process management, or large-scale software delivery from planning through execution.
• Demonstrated ability to run complex programs with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, critical dependencies, and senior oversight.
• Strong PMO discipline including governance, portfolio alignment, milestone planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and action follow-through.
• Experience managing difficult partners and stakeholders while driving alignment and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across product, engineering, risk, operations, business, and leadership teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, or software engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile, with ability to apply agile, hybrid, or governance-led approaches.
• Ability to drive clarity from ambiguity by defining scope, success criteria, operating models, roles, escalation paths, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to resolve blockers, manage conflict, and gain commitment.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, resources, and escalations across multiple initiatives with transparency.
• Bachelor's degree required. One or more relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, SAFe).

Preferred Skills

• Major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Vulnerability management and remediation, application security, and public cloud security practices.
• Automation and CI/CD tools and practices.

• Coordinated delivery of programs aligned to portfolio objectives with adoption tracking.
• Clear program plans, status reporting, and risk and dependency management.
• Effective cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Support for timely delivery of engineering outcomes aligned to agreed standards.
• Identification and implementation of process and delivery improvements.
