Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce is responsible for the hotel's digital marketing and e-commerce performance across Rooms and Food & Beverage.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role manages digital campaigns, website performance, online distribution, CRM, digital analytics and conversion optimisation to grow direct bookings, restaurant reservations and revenue. The role works closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Food & Beverage and external agency partners to achieve the hotel's commercial objectives.

Your Day to Day

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.
• Work with digital agencies to optimise campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage digital marketing budgets and campaign performance.Website & E-Commerce
• Manage the hotel's website and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Optimise the website, booking engine and SevenRooms booking journey to improve conversion.
• Support website enhancements and digital projects.

OTA & Distribution

• Manage digital marketing opportunities with OTA partners.
• Ensure OTA content, promotions and digital assets are accurate and up to date.
• Work with Revenue Management on digital distribution initiatives.
• CRM
• Manage audience segmentation and customer communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Digital Analytics

• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM governance and conversion tracking.
• Monitor website, booking engine and SevenRooms performance.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion and digital revenue.

SEO

• Manage SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives.
• Monitor search performance and recommend improvements to website visibility.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage digital agencies and technology partners.
• Work with Revenue Management, Sales, Food & Beverage and Operations on digital initiatives.
• Ensure digital activities comply with brand standards and data privacy regulations

What we need from You

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or hospitality marketing.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Experience with website management, CRM and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and digital reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, website optimisation and digital analytics.
• Familiarity with hotel booking engines, OTA platforms and SevenRooms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience in luxury hospitality.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Experience working with digital agencies.
