The Operations Manager Nursing Services plays a key leadership role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care across Jewish Cares three nursing homes.
Working closely with Registered Managers, clinical leads, and multidisciplinary teams, the postholder will provide operational oversight, performance management, and quality assurance to ensure services meet regulatory requirements and deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
The role supports the implementation of clinical governance frameworks, drives continuous improvement, and ensures homes are well prepared for inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring. This is a multi-site leadership role requiring strong operational management skills, clinical understanding, and a commitment to delivering person-centred nursing care.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Nursing Services to provide leadership and operational oversight across our nursing homes. You will support Registered Managers in delivering high-quality, compliant, and person-centred nursing care, ensuring strong clinical governance, effective staffing, and robust quality assurance processes.
The role includes monitoring clinical performance, supporting regulatory readiness, driving improvement initiatives, and providing day-to-day operational guidance to ensure safe and consistent service delivery. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to maintain high standards of care.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with senior leadership experience in nursing or adult social care settings.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Operations Manager Nursing Services to provide operational leadership and support across our Nursing Homes.
Working closely with Registered Managers, clinical leads, and multidisciplinary teams, you will support excellence in clinical practice, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You will help ensure that robust governance and quality processes are embedded across services while supporting teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
This role is operationally focused and works closely alongside senior leadership to ensure agreed clinical and organisational processes are consistently implemented across all nursing services.
