Deputy General Manager of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Deputy General Manager of Sales to assist in leading our sales division and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies, oversee regional sales teams, and maintain key partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Assist the GM in designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular progress reports for upper management.
• Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets, shifting trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
