Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager (Up to $6500)

We're partnering with a well-established organisation to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager who will play a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies, driving lead generation, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact digital projects, including AI-powered marketing initiatives, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including AI-driven marketing projects and organisation-wide CRM workflows.
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and business growth.
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution from planning through optimisation and reporting.
• Manage external digital agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive performance across Google Ads, paid social, website optimisation, marketing automation and email marketing.
• Optimise landing pages and digital customer journeys to maximise conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platforms such as HubSpot, Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Evaluate and optimise Gen
• AI marketing tools to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously refine media plans and digital marketing strategies based on campaign performance and market insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen digital marketing performance.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with corporate and programme marketing teams to achieve lead generation objectives.
• Support company-wide marketing events, conferences and other strategic initiatives when required.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise marketing spend to maximise ROI.Track campaign expenditure against approved budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and technology partners to deliver successful marketing outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from media planning and campaign execution to optimisation, reporting and lead generation.
• Strong experience in CRM, marketing automation, media planning/buying and project management.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Power BI or similar CRM and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, Gen
• AI applications or digital transformation initiatives will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing external agencies, vendors and multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
