Foodservice Sales Manager

Join Goodfood Group and help shape the future of foodservice in New Zealand. We're looking for an experienced and driven Foodservice Sales Manager to grow our presence across New Zealand's foodservice market.

The Foodservice Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth across Goodfood Group's Foodservice channel by developing new business opportunities while managing and growing strategic customer relationships.

This role has end to end responsibility for distributor branch level engagement, key account management, national account management, and new business development.

Working closely with distributors, customers and internal cross functional teams, the Foodservice Sales Manager will identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver successful commercial outcomes that support Goodfood Group's strategic objectives and sales targets.

What you'll be doing

Developing new business opportunities across the foodservice sector.

Managing and growing key customer and distributor relationships.

Working alongside distributor sales teams to drive product sales and market share.

Presenting innovative food solutions to chefs, operators and key decision makers.

Identifying market trends and commercial opportunities.

Managing your sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM.You'll be someone who:

Has 3+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within foodservice, FMCG or hospitality.

Knows the New Zealand foodservice industry and enjoys building lasting partnerships.

Maintains accurate customer records, opportunities and sales activity with CRM platforms (for example HubSpot or Salesforce).  Loves hunting for new business while growing existing accounts.

Is commercially minded, organised and results driven.

Has excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Holds a full NZ driver's licence and is happy to travel when required.
