Sales Manager

This is a strategic, field-based role you'll manage a portfolio of high-performing and high-potential travel trade partners, drive revenue, accelerate agency growth, and keep TTC Tour Brands top-of-mind when travellers are booking their next trip.

You'll take full commercial ownership of your territory planning, prioritising, and executing sales activity that delivers measurable results. You'll work directly with travel advisors and decision-makers across the region, supporting them with consultative insight, brand education, and ongoing sales enablement.

This role suits a self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys being on the road, and knows how to turn performance data into sales strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of top-producing, growth-potential, and emerging accounts, with tailored strategies for retention, expansion, and activation
• Build and execute quarterly territory plans through smart prioritisation and partner segmentation
• Meet partners face-to-face and virtually to deliver brand training, product briefings, webinars, and sales consultations
• Hit KPIs on revenue growth, passenger volume, cost of acquisition, and share of wallet
• Use Salesforce and reporting tools to track partner performance and identify new opportunities
• Advise partners on which TTC brand best fits their clients and recommend cross-sell opportunities
• Tailor engagement to each advisor's stage — from onboarding through to loyalty and reactivation
• Share competitive intelligence and partner feedback to inform internal strategy
• Manage your T&E and co-op budget, prioritising high-return activity

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality
• A track record of managing a sales territory through structured planning and pipeline management
• Strong relationship-building skills with commercial insight and a customer-first approach
• Confidence using Salesforce and sales reporting tools to guide strategy
• Clear, persuasive communication across in-person, presentation, and virtual settings
• Comfort working remotely and managing your own schedule
• A full New Zealand driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including occasional international trips
