Construction Project Manager

About the role

As a Construction Project Manager at Hilti, you’ll apply your engineering and commercial expertise in a consultative, technically driven role, working across MEP, Firestop, BIM, design coordination and project delivery.

It’s a technically challenging opportunity in the right way — one where you’ll develop Hilti’s presence and support suppliers delivering on some of the biggest energy infrastructure programmes in Northern Europe.

You’ll take ownership of project opportunities, help tackle real challenges faced by contractors and designers , whilst building a strong network across project partners and key decision makers.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in construction or design — whether from a Tier 1 contractor, subcontractor, MEP firm, BIM/digital engineering team or consultancy.
• Resilient and persistent — comfortable navigating complex stakeholders, staying focused and keeping momentum even when challenges arise.
• Influential and confident in negotiation — able to shape conversations, guide decisions and secure buy in through credibility and clarity.
• Energetic and proactive — able to create movement, drive opportunities forward and drive pace.
• A team player with a “winning together” mindset.
